The house is distributed in 2 floors. On the upper floor there are 3 double bedrooms: one of them with double bed (suite with bathtub), and the other two with 2 single beds in each one. On the lower floor there is a large living-dining room (TV) with direct access to the outside area. A fully equipped independent kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave) and two double bedrooms: one of them with double bed (suite with bathtub) and the other one with 2 single beds. A bathroom with shower. The outdoor area has a private swimming pool (8x4), barbecue, and large terraces where you can enjoy the sun. It is also fully furnished so you can have wonderful breakfasts in the sun. The garage has capacity for up to 4 cars, with direct access from the house. Heating optional (extra cost in case of use 100€/week). Pets not allowed. Groups of young people are not accepted. The house is only rented to families.
