This wonderful beachfront villa is located in the exclusive area of Las Rotas. In front of the house is a beautiful promenade that runs along the south coast of the town of Denia, highly valued for its coves and unique enclaves. The villa in Denia has 3 bedrooms and has a capacity for 5 people. The garden of the house is very spacious, and has lawned areas as well as other areas with soil, for the comfort of our clients. The swimming pool is covered (not heated). On entering the house we find the living/dining room, which has large windows overlooking the sea. It also has a fireplace, which makes it very cosy in the winter months. It also has hot/cold air conditioning throughout the accommodation (with the exception of one of the bedrooms).
