In the midst of the garden stands out the big, 10.5m x 5.2m chlorine pool with a depth between 1.1m and 2.2m. Two natural fish ponds are the home of colourful fishes and water plants. The kids enjoy playing on the playground or the in the garden. A furnished porch with pool billiard is perfect for long family-evenings or having a tasty barbecue. On the upper floor, a terrace has wonderful views overlooking the countryside and green woods. This enchanting house is fenced and there are no direct neighbours. The house offers accommodation on one floor and 250m2. At the entrance, a hall gives access to a cosy sitting room, where to watch a film on the satellite-TV. In the dining room you can share laughs and talks with your loved ones. The kitchen with A/C, vitro hob and TV (no satellite, only local channels) is well-equipped, providing all amenities needed for cooking. There are three bedrooms, two with a double bed (one with air conditioning) that have an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a third with a single bed. The large porch offers the perfect setting for a family barbecue sharing relaxing conversations. During the summer, the private chlorine pool of 10m x 4m with a depth of 0.5m to 1.8m is the preferred place of our guests. Four sun loungers are available for sun lovers and thanks to the outdoor shower you can refresh quickly. The large garden with lemon and orange trees offers plenty of space for a picnic with children. The old closed waer well, nowadays only decorative, recalls the past of this farm. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors. The interior of the house is decorated in a rustic style. In the living room, equipped with air conditioning and wooden stove, you can watch a movie on the satellite TV or read a book while there is a warm fire in the wood-fired oven. If you like to cook, you will find everything you need in the kitchen, including a gas stove, utensils and a dishwasher for your comfort. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the bathroom with bathtub and bidet. You can rest in three bedrooms, two of them with double bed and A/C and the other one with two single beds, fan and radiator. One has a direct access to the terrace, but does not offer wardrobe. The house exteriors are spectacular. There is a swimming pool of 8 x 4 m, with a minimum depth of 0.60 m and maximum depth of 1.70 m, seven deck-chairs, a garden, and a ping-pong table. You can also enjoy fresh oranges that you can catch straight from the orange trees planted in the orchard. Foodies will enjoy the barbecue underneath a small porch, and cook delicious dishes. There is another porch with a table and chairs to spend great evenings. The living-dining room and the kitchen are in the same open-plan space. The living room has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove, perfect for relaxing on the sofas while watching satellite TV, reading a book, or simply resting.
