To access the pool you have to climb 3 steps and open a small door, so the access for the youngest members of the house is limited. In the surrounding area there is 1 outdoor shower, a total of 7 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas to relax while sunbathing. Note that on the street where the house is located there are 2 electricity towers. These towers do not produce any annoying sounds. Within the property there is a paved area including the parking area which has a total of 380m2.
