The nearest supermarket is situated within the town of Soller itself, which is a 20 minute (1.3km) walk down the hill. You will also find a large selection of restaurants in the town. The nearest beach (Platja den Repic) is in Port de Soller, which is 12 minutes (5km) drive away. The nearest airport is in Palma de Mallorca, which is 40 minutes (35km) away by car. This precious Majorcan stone construction stands out of a large area covered of a wild garden with all sorts of beautiful plants and flowers and breathtaking views to the mountains. In front of the house, an amazing area invites our guests to have a breakfast, sunbathe on one of the 4 sun beds and swim in the beautiful salt water pool -that sizes 7 x 3 metres and has a water depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.6 metres- or enjoy a flute of champagne accompanied by the landscape. Then, you have a furnished porch to make a delicious barbecue. There are immediate neighbours. The property is a three-storey house. On the main floor, you will find a living room, perfect to chat all together or watch satellite TV. Then, you gain access to the kitchen-dining room, equipped with induction and gas worktop and direct output to the outside. The washing machine, the iron and the ironing board are right here.
