Charming apartment in the heart of Palma This apartment, registered as “Turismo de Interior” (Inland Tourism), is located in a landmark building in the historic center of Palma de Mallorca, next to Plaça de Santa Eulàlia. The building, which formerly housed the historic Toy Museum, was carefully renovated in 2019 to create exclusive tourist apartments full of character. Inside, elegant contemporary design elements are combined with original details of traditional Mallorcan architecture, while also preserving some pieces from the old museum that add a unique and special touch to the space. The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (under 14 years old). It has one bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. Upon request, we can install a crib for an additional cost of €10/day. If you require it, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Both the building and the apartment are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is located on a very quiet street in the old town with little vehicle traffic. The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child (up to 14 years old). It has a master bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living area. Please note that there is no door separating the bedroom from the living room, as the space is designed as an open-plan area. The apartment is on the third floor of a building without an elevator. Due to the building's characteristics and the narrow nature of the staircase, we do not recommend this accommodation for the elderly or those with mobility issues, nor for families with strollers.
