This charming flat is located in the pine forest area of Puerto Pollensa, front line property 5 meters from the beach with unobstructed views to the sea and the bay. In total the flat offers 4 bedrooms, of which 1 is a double bed and the other 5 single beds in 3 other rooms. 2 bathrooms are also available in the property one of which is a bathroom. The spacious and modern lounge/dining room is equipped with TV, sofa and tables and chairs with the added advantage of overlooking the bay. This area also leads directly onto the balcony overlooking the bay, equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs for relaxing and talking in all the sights. Fully equipped kitchen available. Great property for a family getaway, only a 10 minute walk to the town centre where you will find shops and restaurants. There is a lift available on the premises and direct access to the seafront. When booking or wishing to book Check-in time is after 16:00. Check-out time is before 10:00. Changeover day: Saturday in high season (19 May - 22 September) Included in the price: all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels; no beach/pool towels. The eco-tax is not included in the price and works out at 2,20 € per person and day over 16 years old for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10 € for the remaining days (children under 16 years old do not pay)....
