Can Montis is a modern house with private shallow pool. It is located in a quiet residential street in the trendy area of Santa Catalina, Palma. The house has 2 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it has been tastefully decorated with all modern comforts: state of the art air conditioning/heating system with built in air purifier throughout, fireplace in the lounge, nespresso coffe machine in the kitchen... Large patio doors that you can slide open to conect the exterior and interior of the house. The Sunny patio is completed with comfortable outdoor furniture and sun loungers, is perfect to relax after a day in town. The shallow pool is ideal to sit and unwind on a hot day. Only a few minutes walk and you will find yourself in the centre of Santa Catalina, a very lively and popular area, wich is full of restaurants and bars. The heart of Palma and its shopping district is within walking distance too.We encourage all our guests to do a responsable use of the electricity: first 150kw are inclusive in the price of the rental. Any excess usage will be charged at 0,14€ kw/h.Eco tax/tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged to all adult guests at 2,2€ per person and per night (may to october) and 1,65€ the rest of the year.Please note the house rules:- No parties- No Smoking- No loud music- We wont accept reservations of groups of people under 23 years of age....

It has fantastic connections by road or motorway to be able to move to any point of the island, having several beaches less than 5km away.
