It has two bedrooms: the first, with a double bed of 160 cm., And the second, with two beds of 90 cm. The bathroom has a shower and a 100 liter water heater that provides instant hot water. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a half load dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, combined refrigerator, induction cooker, toaster, coffee maker (capsule and Italian), keetle, and all the necessary utensils to feel at home. The living room has a separate dining room with relaxing views and includes a large three-seater sofa in front of a large smart Tv, with a folding coffee table that allows you to have lunch, breakfast or dinner while watching Tv. It has split air conditioning and three ceiling fans, one for each room. The terrace has two wicker chairs and a folding garden table, and in the back closet are the ironing board, the clothesline, the beach chairs and the umbrella. The apartment is delivered clean and with enough bedding and towels. The swimming pool is open from May 15th to September 30th I try to respond as quickly as possible to questions or comments from guests. When check-in day approaches, I always send a link where I show little tips and tricks so that guests can familiarize themselves with the house from the beginning and know where things are.
