Finca 'El Prat', a Mallorcan stone house set on a plot of approximately 1,000 m², is located in a rural setting amidst numerous orange and lemon groves. A swimming pool and an outdoor shower provide welcome refreshment during the summer months. In the autumn of 2019, the pool's disinfection system was converted from chlorine to salt electrolysis. Tables and ample seating are available in various spots—under the pergola in front of the house, on the covered patio, or on the poolside terrace. Sun loungers invite you to relax, while parasols provide necessary shade. The house is ideally suited for an occupancy of six people. The local access road is far enough away that traffic noise is not an issue.
