This enchanting property offers accommodation on one floor and 115 m2. Stylistically, it's a mix between warm colours and rustic details, making you feel like home from the first moment. There is an invitingly sitting-dining room with A/C, where you will be able to enjoy long table-talks with your loved ones. Furthermore, this room has a television (Satellite-TV) and a fireplace. The country house Els Abats, which is situated in Fornalutx, This property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi as well as a TV. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a garden. Enjoy relaxing views over the sea and the nearby mountains while preparing a healthy meal for your family. There is a pool filled with clean water, without chlorine. It is closed between October and April. Its water is changed every 7 days and treated with oxygen to keep the water clean. Maintenance is done on Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The pool is 20m. away from the main house and its dimensions are the following: 3.50m. long, 2.80m. wide and 2.20m. deep. The exterior area is very nice, surrounded by nature, it featues a chlorine pool of 7 x 4 and a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.7, an equipped terrace, a furnished porch and a barbecue. The house of 190 m2 is distributed over two floors. It has 3 bedrooms; one with double bed on the ground floor and two on the floor -1, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. One cot and a highchair are available on request. There are 2 bathrooms; one with shower on the ground floor, and one with bathtub on the floor -1. The living room is very cozy, furnished in rustic style. It has two sofas, a TV-Sat, and a bookshelf. In the same space you can find a secondary lounge on a mezzanine. The dining room is equipped with a large table and chairs. The separate kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. There is a oil central heating throughout the whole house. The house is located next to the mountain, where you can make great walks in the nature.
