It has just one floor as well as marvellous and stylish furnished terrace where you will disconnect and relax after the lung tour days in the island. Despite this is a town house, privacy is total because there are not direct neighbours; just an old factory of natural products currently closed. Behind a large sliding glass door you will access the kitchen directly, the dream of every amateur cook. Further east are the picturesque villages of Artà and Capdepera, westwards the Tramuntana mountains.
