This house has been completely restores in a quite modern style. It has just one floor as well as marvellous and stylish furnished terrace where you will disconnect and relax after the lung tour days in the island. It invites to have dinner at night under the starry sky together with a good bottle of wine and lie down at the chill out area while having fun with your loved ones till late. Despite this is a town house, privacy is total because there are not direct neighbours; just an old factory of natural products currently closed. Behind a large sliding glass door you will access the kitchen directly, the dream of every amateur cook. It has a ceramic hob, air-conditioning, and space to sit and have an appetiser while cooking your best recipes. The living room, also with AC, which opens to the dining table, comes with a comfortable chaise longue sofa to watch an interesting film on the satellite TV or read for a while, if you find some interesting book on the shelf. The fully furnished porch is the perfect place to have lunch or dinner in the open air and, why not, to prepare delicious barbecues. The two-storey house offers very cosy, modern and open-plan rooms, thanks to the large windows distributed throughout the house. The large living-dining room with fireplace communicates with the kitchen which is fully equipped, including oven, hob, fridge and other kitchen utensils. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms and on the upper floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, access to a terrace and chill-out area. The villa has Wifi and air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom on the first floor. The other 2 bedrooms have a fan. You can relax on one of the 6 sun loungers or prepare a barbecue. The villa disposes of two furnished terraces, where you can enjoy these delicious meals with your loved ones. This beautiful villa is fenced and has no direct neighbors. The house has two floors. On the main floor there is a kitchen, where you will find an induction hob; the living room, equipped with a table, TV and a firewood heater; a bedroom with a double bed and a closet; and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a living room, with air conditioning with heating pump, satellite-TV, DVD, and a CD player. You can also find two more bedrooms, one of them with a trundle bed and the last one with a double bed, a closet and direct access to the terrace.
