Son Perot is a large natural stone finca for 10 people and is located in the middle of a dreamlike park with many palm trees near Maria de Salut. The finca is a year-round house, ideal for travel groups or large families. Separate large indoor swimming pool with 15 m heated indoor pool and separate whirlpool bath. This beautiful villa is fenced and has no direct neighbors. The house has two floors. On the main floor there is a kitchen, where you will find an induction hob; the living room, equipped with a table, TV and a firewood heater; a bedroom with a double bed and a closet; and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a living room, with air conditioning with heating pump, satellite-TV, DVD, and a CD player. You can also find two more bedrooms, one of them with a trundle bed and the last one with a double bed, a closet and direct access to the terrace. The last one bedroom has no privacy, because is connected with this living room. If you travel with your baby we will provide you a cot and a high chair. All 3 bedrooms have a double bed and there are 2 bathrooms with shower and hairdryer; as well as access to a balcony or terrace.
