The fenced plot is 3500m2 and there are no direct neighbors around so you'll enjoy privacy. A living-dining area with A/C, TV with satellite channels, DVD and modern sofa has access to a terrace. The spacious and modern kitchen is open to the living area and features a induction hob, utensils and dishwasher. There's a laundry room with dryer, washer, iron and ironing board. All three bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with two twins) are equipped with A/C, closet and shower bath en-suite. Two have access to a terrace. With a capacity of 6 people, the large garden is ideal for families with children, as it has a large lawn and a saltwater pool. Several sun loungers invite you to sunbathe and enjoy the good weather on the island. The finca is fenced and totally private, ideal for a quiet family holiday. The fully furnished porch is the perfect place to have lunch or dinner in the open air; and, why not, to prepare delicious barbecues. The two-storey house offers very cosy, modern and open-plan rooms, thanks to the large windows distributed throughout the house. The large living room with fireplace communicates with the kitchen which is fully equipped, including oven, hob, fridge and other kitchen utensils. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms and on the upper floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, access to a terrace and chill-out area. You can relax on one of the 6 sun loungers or prepare a barbecue. The villa disposes of two furnished terraces, where you can enjoy these delicious meals with your loved ones. This beautiful villa is fenced and has no direct neighbors. The house has two floors. On the main floor there is a kitchen, where you will find an induction hob; the living room, equipped with a table, TV and a firewood heater; a bedroom with a double bed and a closet; and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a living room, with air conditioning with heating pump, satellite-TV, DVD, and a CD player. You can also find two more bedrooms, one of them with a trundle bed and the last one with a double bed, a closet and direct access to the terrace. The last one bedroom has no privacy, because is connected with this living room. If you travel with your baby we will provide you a cot and a high chair.
