This is a Mediterranean style villa with 5 bedrooms and wonderful sea views. The villa is located very close to the commercial centre and the beach of Son Bou, so it is highly recommended if you don't want to depend so much on the car. The villa is divided into 2 levels: On the upper floor, from where you enter the villa, there is a large living room with air conditioning, an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a single bedroom. On the same floor there is a guest toilet and a terrace offering wonderful views of the beach of Son Bou. Going down the stairs, you reach the lower floor, where the four double bedrooms are located. One of them has a double bed, air conditioning with clock and en suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms have single beds, fans and share a full bathroom. All the bedrooms lead to the terrace with sea views. From here you can access the pool area with outdoor furniture and a large barbecue area, equipped with a fridge and sink. The rules of the house do not allow the organization of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.
