The villa is a beautiful villa 186 Menorcan style, recently renovated. Located on the hilltop of San Jaime, enjoys magnificent views of Son Bou and its beach. We access it from the terrace through large windows, and found a practical living / dining room fully furnished with new LED TV Samsung 48 inches, separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen is very well equipped, including dishwasher, hob and fridge freezer. On the terrace we find all the furniture for eating, sunbathing and an outside shower, plus a modern triangular shaped infinity pool with a minimum depth of 0.8 meters and 1.8 meters high. The pool is equipped with child safety fence which can be removed if not need it. The external environment is completed by gardens with lawn, flowers, plants and various trees and automatic irrigation. To the left of the room, up two notches are 2 exterior double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes sharing a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine.
