This estate offers all the advantages of a private property, yet can accommodate groups of up to 29 people across the 4 homes, with a total of 13 bedrooms plus 2 annexes for extra beds, 4 independent kitchens, 4 independent living rooms, and a large glass-enclosed room perfect as a gathering point for up to 40 guests. The maximum total capacity of the homes is up to 25 adults. Additionally and free of charge, up to a maximum of 4 children (under 12 years old) can be added. For legal reasons, under no circumstances will overnight stays for groups exceeding the authorized capacity for each home be permitted. The complex, surrounded by terraces and gardens, consists of the following 3 homes with independent tourist vacation licenses: a) Ca’s Misser: a beautiful old house full of charm and history.
