There are beautiful panoramic sea views from the multiple fully furnished terraces of the house where you can enjoy outdoor dining as well as spectacular sunrise and sunsets and astounding star gazing. The house which has seen many recent upgrades, measures more than 500 sq.m. and has 6 double bedrooms including bunkbeds in one bedroom and 4 bathrooms as well as a well equipped kitchen. The highlight is a large BBQ room which opens out directly onto a swimming poolwhich has just been completely refurbished and measures 12x4m. The house is cocooned within lush tropical landscaped gardens. There is a separate office space and high performance fibre optic wifi available throughout the house. On site there is parking for two cars behind remote control operated gates and additional free on street parking. There are full laundry facilities. The very large swimming pool is occasionally shared with the neighboring house but there is ample space for everyone and there is a pergola private to the house where you can shade on the numerous sunbeds.
