The L-shaped villa has a well-defined sleeping area with two double bedrooms. One bedroom has windows overlooking the barbecue area, while the other opens with double doors onto the poolside terrace. A third double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Please note that there is air conditioning in all bedrooms except the living-dining room and kitchen. The villa also offers a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals. Steps lead down to a hallway surrounding the house, leading to the brick barbecue area and an outdoor bathroom with shower, perfect for cooling off after a sunny day. The exterior of the villa is designed to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The exteriors of this magnificent villa are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In the well-kept garden, surrounded by fruit trees, you will find a private chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 5,7x2,8m and a depth range between 1,40 and 1,70m. Around the pool there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing and a barbecue perfect for preparing delicious meals with your companions. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby. The interior of the two-storey house, tastefully decorated, is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. Two spacious living rooms with TV and work area will be ideal to extend your evenings. One of them also has a dining area. The kitchen is independent, equipped with a gas hob and has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are 4 bedrooms, all with AC. Two of them have double beds (one of them has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub). The other two have two single beds. On the same floor, you will find two independent bathrooms with shower. Through a staircase, you can access the upper floor, where there is another cosy room with AC and incredible views of the natural park of La Gola.
