Beautiful country house with swimming pool in rural area, very close to the village and the wonderful beaches of Alcudia and Playa de Muro. The Finca, of about 7000 m2, is in the countryside in a very quiet area. The garden and the exterior have abundant vegetation and trees, which gives it a pleasant and shady atmosphere, ideal for children to enjoy playing safely in contact with nature. The swimming pool is located right in front of the house. It is large and comfortable, surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers. Interiorly, the house is comfortable and functional. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen-dining room with everything you need, a small lounge, a double bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning and a full bathroom. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with air conditioning and king size bed and next to it a lounge with comfortable sofas. Both rooms have lovely views of the mountains and countryside. There is a small annex attached to the house with a separate entrance through a door located on the same porch in front of the pool. There is a small bathroom with shower. The decor of the 2-storey house is rustic and you will immediately feel at home. Relax a moment in the living - dinning area or watch a program on the satellite TV (German and English channels) before you prepare together one of your favourite dishes.
