Nice house located in a very quiet area of L'Escala. It is only 2 minutes walking from Riells beach and the promenade. The house has a private terrace. The Riells beach promenade offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, leisure facilities for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc. The house, recently refurbished, is divided in two floors. It consists of three double bedrooms (160cm), two bathrooms with shower, living-dining room with access to the front terrace, and open-plan kitchen. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture. The house can sleep a total of 6 people in three double beds. Entrance: from 17:00 to 20:00 hours from Monday to Saturday.
