Home Select International offers you this beautiful villa for rent (completely renovated in 2021), located on a wide canal on the south side (protected from the Tramuntana). The villa is single-storey and has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 4 of which are en suite. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a large LED TV and also have enough space to easily place a travel cot. Naturally, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units, which can also be switched to heating mode. To ensure the house can be used year-round, it also has oil central heating. The 900 m² plot is fully fenced and divided into different terrace and garden areas. In front of the house there is space to safely park 2 cars.
