The house has two large private terraces, in front and behind the house. It also has a communal swimming pool, which is available ONLY during July and August. The Riells beach promenade offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, leisure facilities for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc. The house is divided into two floors. It consists of one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with bunk beds, and one bedroom with two single beds. Two bathrooms (both with shower), large living-dining room with access to the front terrace, and open-plan kitchen with access to the back terrace. The terrace is equipped with barbecue and garden furniture. The garage is not available for parking but there is the possibility to park in the same street for free.
