It is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, between the beach of Riells and the beach of Cala Montgó. And only a few metres from a natural area, a small forest and beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. The house is divided into two floors. On the first floor is the kitchen (fully equipped with basic kitchenware), a bathroom with shower and the living-dining room with access to the terrace. The first floor has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a trundle bed (two single beds) and finally a bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower. The house also has a private parking space located within the community. In total in the house can sleep 6 people: in a double bed, in a trundle bed (two single beds) and in two single beds.
