House with a communal pool, shared by only four neighbors. Located in a quiet neighborhood, between Riells beach and Cala Montgó beach. Just a few meters from a natural area, a small forest, and beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. The house is divided into two floors. The first floor contains the kitchen, a half-bathroom, a full bathroom with a shower, and the living-dining room with access to the terrace where you can enjoy the barbecue. The living room has a Smart TV that only works with Wi-Fi. The second floor has three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (135cm), one bedroom with two single beds, and one bedroom with a bunk bed. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub. A total of 6 people can sleep in the house. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of €10/pet/night. A maximum of 1 pet weighing up to 10kg is allowed.
