Son Veri is also just a 15-min drive from Palma and 10 min from the airport.Inside, the house is full of light and sunny space with white walls, terracotta-tiled floors, sparkling new bathrooms, and a stylish mix of old and new furniture in pale colours. On the ground floor, there's a hall, a long living and dining space with double doors onto the covered terrace. The house is divided into two floors, on the ground floor which is accessed from the front garden to an elegant reception. On that floor there is a spacious living room with sofas and large TV and two double bedrooms with bathroom. The kitchen perfectly equipped and with a table for morning breakfasts. The kitchen has air conditioning. A stately marble staircase leads to the upper floor where we find a spectacular suite with a full bathroom and two double bedrooms with a bathroom. The garden is one of the strengths of the house, as it has a pool area with hammocks, barbecue, a porch for summer lunches. The pool designed entirely for enjoyment has a jacuzzi area and a jet of water for the back. In one of the corners of it, a fountain decorates and refreshes the atmosphere. The house is located just 400 meters from the beach of S’Arenal. Although located in one of the areas with more atmosphere of the island, the direct residential environment makes the atmosphere of peace and calm.
