An elegant and airy town villa in a lovely residential area of El Arenal. Villa Sol Veri is a wonderful house in Son Veri, just a couple of minutes from the sea, the long sandy beach and resort of El Arenal, and the marina. Son Veri is also just a 15-min drive from Palma and 10 min from the airport.Inside, the house is full of light and sunny space with white walls, terracotta-tiled floors, sparkling new bathrooms, and a stylish mix of old and new furniture in pale colours. On the ground floor, there's a hall, a long living and dining space with double doors onto the covered terrace. There are comfortable cream sofas here, a TV and a DVD/CD Stereo, WiFi, Air conditioning cold and heat. Safe Box. Bed linen and towels. The kitchen is brand new with white units, marble worktops and stainless steel appliances. There's a separate utility room too. Parking. Three of the five bedrooms are on the ground floor - a double and two twin rooms, with two great new shower-bathrooms with walk-in showers. On the first floor there's a lovely double suite with a terrace. SOL VERI do not accept bookings from groups under 27 years old....
