The whole house is very complete with beautiful stone floors, large glass doors to the terrace from both the living room and several bedrooms and minimalist and practical furnished. Beautiful Spanish country house with swimming pool, where there is thought of very little detail in the decor, from the hook in the bathroom for your towel to the beautiful lamps for the paintings on the walls painted specifically for the house by the Norwegian artist Jane Rasmussen, when she first rented the house. The country house is situated in the mountains at Algarrobo with just 3 km to the nearest town and 6 km to the beach. The villa is situated in quiet and scenic surroundings with a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains and the coastline. It is even possible to see all the way to Malaga, and in very clear weather it’s possible to see the Riff mountains in Africa. The villa has a 145m2 living area and is decorated in a beautiful rustic style with high ceilings and many fine details. The country house is in 2 levels and includes on ground floor: Large aesthetic hall with staircase leading to the first floor, nice and dining room and a kitchen in open connection. It is distributed in three bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and two bedrooms with a double bed each. A kitchen with an island open to the dining room and living room, very bright and spacious. In the living room there is a fireplace for the coldest days of the year.
