The house has a comfortable porch where you can rest or enjoy a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and there're neighbours nearby. This is a one-storey house. The main room is the living room - kitchen - dining room with AC, TV-sat and a ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and AC and the other with twin beds. The bathroom of the house features a shower. We can prepare a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby. Ariany is a village of great Mallorcan character and charm. It offers basic services for an independent stay and is also an excellent starting point to get to know the whole island: the northern beaches such as Can Picafort, 16 km away; the mountain range to the west or the capital, Palma, 50 km from the property. This newly built country house in the typical finca style with 140 m2 of living space and a 10 x 4 meter pool is located on a 14,300 m2 plot in absolute tranquility and in the middle of an original landscape north of the villages of Petra and Ariany. Access is uncomplicated. The bright and modern building is completely on the ground floor and offers you three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of them en suite. All bedrooms have air conditioning (included in the price). In the front area of the house there is an open and fully equipped kitchen, which is adjoined by a spacious dining area. The house is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool / beach. Cot and high chair can be provided free of charge on request.
