The village house was comprehensively and extensively renovated by the owners from the ground up and equipped with state-of-the-art building services. It is located in the quiet village of Ariany, just 15 km from the beautiful beaches of Playa de Muro. The house is entered through the impressive entrance area, behind which the living - dining area with open and fully equipped kitchen (for example with a Dolce Gusto maschine) adjoins. A lot of light falls through the windows across the entire width of the house. The smooth-running, wide-opening sliding glass doors lead across the covered terrace into the garden, in which the 8 x 3 meter and up to 1.60 m deep overflow pool is located. At the pool you have 6 sun loungers available, also an outdoor shower for cooling in between is available and a hanging chair for chilling.
