The comfort finca Son Quillot 1 is situated on a plot of land of approx. 15,000 sqm in an absolutely quiet environment. The chic natural stone finca was completed at the end of March 2022 and was equipped with modern building services. Nothing is missing here. Both on the terraces and in the furnishing of the living rooms, attention was paid to quality. Comfortable seating furniture and comfortable beds welcome the holiday guest. A highlight of the finca is certainly the heated outdoor pool. Whether in winter or at the time of the almond blossom, at Pura Vida Petit you can enjoy a warm pool all year round. This terraced house is just perfect for a summer holiday with friends and family. You can start your day with a large breakfast on the porch, overlooking the private pool. The 8 x 3.2 meters sized salt water pool has a depth between 1.1 and 1.6 meters and is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and a garden shower. Afternoons can be spend relaxing on the terrace or having a barbecue. There's an exterior bathroom with shower. As this house is in the village, there are next door neighbors. Rooms are distributed over one floor and 120 m2. The living area with typical stone lined wall and wooden beams is equipped with a sofa, a TV with satellite channels and air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped, featuring a vitro hob and some kitchenware is open to the dining area and another, small living area with sofa, air conditioning and wood stove. There's a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board available. We can supply one cot and one high chair for our youngest guests. Guests can choose between three bedrooms with air conditioning. There are two bedrooms with a double bed each and one with two single beds. The house has one bathroom with shower, mirror, toilet and washbasin. Ariany is a quiet and rural village in the center east of Majorca. The top modern Finca Can Sal in the middle of the island near Ariany is suitable for up to 8 persons plus baby. From the large terrace with infinity pool you have a fantastic panoramic view over the island. In addition, the finca is very quiet and ideal for relaxing, the summer evenings can be fully enjoy with the beautiful sunset on the terrace. There are 4 bedrooms, one of them with two single beds separated, this is also always used for children. Two of the other bedrooms have two single beds put together and the fourth bedroom has a double bed. Three of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. But there is another toilet so you do not always necessarily in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need during your vacation, such as oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, pots, etc. The living room is tastefully decorated and modern, there is a large dining table for 8 People and of course a highchair for the small travelers.
