Villa Sumer is a beautiful house in its own grounds with sea views overlooking the Bay of Palma. It has a big, modern, fully equipped kitchen with a table for 8, TV, sofa, and a patio overlooking the private pool area. The kitchen leads into a large lounge area with sofas and another TV, beyond that, is the veranda that overlooks the front garden. The house has four spacious bedrooms all with air conditioning, one has an en-suite bathroom and two have a sea view. There is a separate bathroom next to the bedrooms. On the lower level there is a shower and laundry room next to a large toy room with toys and children's books. There is also wifi. The garden around the house features a large swimming pool (9mx4.5m), BBQ, swing seat, garden furniture, basketball hoop, tennis table. There are tennis and paddle courts nearby.
