Welcome to this mediterranean style house, with an 8m x 4m chlorine swimming pool, and a depth ranging that goes from 1m to 1.9. The terrace with six hammocks, beside the beautiful garden, ideal to relax under the majorcan sun, or prepare a tasty barbecue at the afternoon with your loved ones. There is an external shower perfect to use after a swim. The gorgeous smell of the flowers at the facade and all the atmosphere makes this place so peaceful and such a mediterranean experience. There are direct neighbours but a lot of privacy as the property is fenced. Indoors, is decorated with white and pastel colours, making you feel a very calm sensation. There is a comfortable living-room, with TV and a ceiling fan, a totally equipped gas kitchen, two bedrooms with two single beds each, a third one with a double bed and a bathroom with a bath. Besides, there's 1 exterior toilet. You will also find a washing room with a washing machine, an iron and an iron board. The bedrooms have views to the garden or the courtyard. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair. Located at the quiet residential area of Cala Blava, you can go walking to the beach. We also recommend to visit Playa de Palma, Son Verí cove or the idyllic Es Trenc beach.
