The 72m2porch of the property is great as it extends along the entire facade of the ground floor, is located in front of the pool, and has direct access to the main hall, the separate dining room, the kitchen and the master bedroom. This porch is divided into 3 different areas, 1 where you can enjoy snacks and has comfortable furniture, 1 where you can enjoy lunch and dinner with your family and a 3rd one where you can sit “al fresco”.
