We access it from the terrace through large windows, and found a practical living / dining room fully furnished with new LED TV Samsung 48 inches, separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen is very well equipped, including dishwasher, hob and fridge freezer. On the terrace we find all the furniture for eating, sunbathing and an outside shower, plus a modern triangular shaped infinity pool with a minimum depth of 0.8 meters and 1.8 meters high.
