The villa is located very close to the shopping center and Son Bou beach, making it highly recommended if you prefer not to rely heavily on a car. The villa is divided into 2 levels: On the upper floor, where you access the villa, there is a large living room with air conditioning, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a single bedroom. On the same floor, there is a guest toilet and a terrace offering wonderful views of Son Bou Beach. Going down the stairs leads to the lower floor, where the four double bedrooms are located. One has a double bed, air conditioning with a timer, and an en-suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms have single beds, fans, and share a full bathroom. All bedrooms connect to the terrace with sea views. From here, you can access the pool area, furnished with outdoor furniture, which also features a large barbecue area equipped with a refrigerator and sink.
