Villa Diani is a house located in the central area of Binibeca and recently renovated, it is in a very good situation although it does not have a view of the sea, it has a very nice and fresh garden area to be under the shade of the trees. It is only about 500m approx. from the white sand beach of Binibeca and near the Cala Torret area where you can find a variety of restaurants as well as bars, supermarket and bakery. The famous fishing village of Binibeca Vell is approx. one km, where you can walk. Villa Diani has 4 double bedrooms, two of them with a double bed, and two with two single beds each. It has 3 bathrooms, two of them en suite and the third shared by the other two rooms. All rooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is also very comfortable and recently renovated in a modern style, open to the dining room with all the necessary appliances so that you can cook your favorite meals during your stay. From the parking area, to the various terraces surrounding the house, to the pool area, to the park-like garden, everything is generously sized, there is abundant vegetation, pine and palm trees providing delightful shade, and there is an atmosphere of authenticity and solera. The entire main terrace area has been renovated, with a floor of precious living stone, to form an authentic outdoor dining area. Interior is all about comfort and modernity. The house has its own elegant style, with parquet floors, modern and fully equipped bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen, living room and dining room are all air-conditioned. However, if you wish to venture a little further, the capital Mahon is located just 10 minute drive from the villa where you will find numerous restaurants, bars, shops and large supermarkets. From Cala Llonga Marina you can also catch a water taxi to take you directly to Mahon.
