The house is located on the ground floor, where there are three bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room. From there we have access to the loft, where we have the last room. The house itself is situated in a quiet area, perfect for hiking, cycling or running along the various nearby paths. The house is only 2 km from Costitx, a small village where there are some restaurants, cafes, pastry shops, a bank and a small supermarket.
