Holiday home next to the mountain of Dénia with beautiful panoramic views of the city, the port and the sea. The garden consists of palm trees, cactus and other various plants. From the covered parking area you reach via some steps to the main entrance of the house, with a living-dining room with TV and air conditioning throughout. There are two double bedrooms with air conditioning. The separate kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchenware, coffee machine and toaster. The living room has an exit to the glazed and furnished terrace, from where you can enjoy the wonderful sea views. Leaving the house and going down some steps we find the swimming pool, situated next to a terrace and a barbecue (according to municipal ordinance it is not allowed to use barbecue with fire from the 1st of June until the 15th of October).
