It has a large spacious living room, fully fitted modern kitchen, masses of outside space, Sunny terraces with views, or shady more private terraces. The private pool is large with plenty of sunbeds, places to relax, enjoy a glass of wine, or dine under the shade of the villa. Within the main house there is a large double bedroom with en-suite and a twin room with a separate bathroom. This is a stunning 3 bedroom villa in the pretty urbanisation of Las Palomas just 1000 metres from the beach of La Herradura. The villa has been beautifully renovated to a very high standard with a brand new modern kitchen and tasteful furniture throughout. There is a large open plan living area with steps up to the kitchen and doors out to the terrace and swimming pool. There is a master bedroom with en-suite and two further bedrooms with a very large shared shower room. Guests also have access to the terrace upstairs with dining area, perfect for enjoying the views over the pool and garden and of the sea beyond. The villa has air conditioning throughout, wifi and television. The urbanisation of Las Palomas has a large public swimming pool with restaurant, together with a gymnasium, tennis court and pádel club. There is also a further cafe/bar alongside the tennis court. This stunning villa is situated above the town of Almuñecar with amazing views of the sea and surrounding countryside. The main house has 2 double bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, with both bedrooms having doors out to the terraces. The living/dining and kitchen areas have all been recently modernized and so are comfortable with all the necessary equipment to ensure you enjoy your stay. There are patio doors out from the living room on to the very large sunny terraces with plenty of places to enjoy a meal al fresco. On this terrace there is a large gas bbq and also a conservatory for eating when the weather is a little inclement. Steps lead down to the large swimming pool (8 x 4 metres), steam room and outside kitchen and seating area together. The swimming pool has a solar cover which provides some heat dependent on the weather. There is also the availability of having the pool heated by an electric heat pump at an extra cost. Off the swimming pool terrace there is a further one bedroom, one bathroom apartment ideal for grandparents, nanny or teenagers! The main house and apartment have air conditioning/heating in both bedrooms and the living room. There is also underfloor heating in the living rooms of the villa and the apartment.
