It has a large spacious living room, fully fitted modern kitchen, masses of outside space, Sunny terraces with views, or shady more private terraces. The private pool is large with plenty of sunbeds, places to relax, enjoy a glass of wine, or dine under the shade of the villa. Within the main house there is a large double bedroom with en-suite and a twin room with a separate bathroom. The master bedroom is accessed only up a spiral staircase off the front terrace and so has amazing views of the bay, directly from the bed! What a way to wake up in the morning! We are surrounded by a green ocean of avocados, mangos and cherimoyas. In front stands the ancient Phoenician city of Salobreña with its majestic 10th century Arab castle and behind it is bathed by a huge blue Alboran Sea, perfect for swimming, diving or hiking with its warm waters. Behind us we can see the Sierras de Almijara, Tejeda and Contraviesa, a beautiful rocky massif ideal for hiking or cycling and discovering the local flora and fauna. In front of the pool we have a wooden porch with a dining table and a small relaxation area completely closed with mosquito nets so you can enjoy the whole day. On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room, kitchen with sofa bed, dining table, TV and 5.1 audio system to enjoy films and music. We also have a bar that divides the kitchen area where we have everything we need to cook. The bathroom is located on the ground floor and is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility. On the upper floor there are three attic rooms. The two double rooms have 1.60 beds and air conditioning. In addition, one of them has a television and a sofa bed for two people.
