Flat on third floor (no lift), with two double bedrooms (with ceiling fans), a bathroom with shower, small and practical independent kitchen, living-dining room with access to a nice south facing terrace with awning and fabulous sea views. Leading off the master bedroom there is a second north terrace with sea views. Includes parking space and WIFI service. It has AC in the living room and televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. Sleeps 4 people. Located in the Centre-South area of Gandía Beach, residential area, in the vicinity of all kinds of services, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. NO YOUNG PEOPLE AGED UNDER THIRTY ARE ALLOWED. Our flats are delivered clean and include bed linen (bedding every fortnight) and towels (1 bath/shower/person, 2 toilets/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products. A pressure cooker and hairdryer are not standard; if you need any of these, please do not forget to bring them! These beautiful flats for up to 4 people are located in the heart of Gandia beach, 80 metres from the beachfront, in the area of Club Nautico. An area in continuous growth and life throughout the year and services of all. The flats are as the name says, unique flats, with a fresh style and Mediterranean decoration, modern and at the same time very cozy thanks to the wicker, bamboo and wood that we have used in the decoration. It is a flat that will make your holiday an unforgettable memory. The Accommodation, Layout and Equipment The flat in Playa de Gandía has 2 bedrooms. The 55 m² apartment is tastefully furnished and fully equipped, with sea views from the terrace and the swimming pool. The flats have been completely refurbished in keeping with our line, everything new from top to bottom to make your stay perfect. On opening the door of the flat we find the living-dining room, an open and spacious area in which you will be very comfortable. We have placed a 2.80m sofa with a depth of 110cm in case a child wants to sleep (it is not a sofa bed). In front of the sofa, a 49" TV with international satellite channels (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French, Russian). We have free wifi and air conditioning with heating throughout the flat.
