Thanks to the good location, you can walk to supermarkets, the beach, bars and everything else you may need for a self catering holiday. The apartment has a small terrace with breakfast table. Inside, the living-dining room is very cheerful and perfectly equipped to take a break or eat while watching a movie on the satellite TV. The renovated kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and microwave and has a small American-style bar if you want to have a quick snack while cooking. In the kitchen you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds, all with ceiling fans and wardrobes. If two more people are staying, the living room has a sofa bed and we provide a cot and highchair for the youngest member of the family. If you're reluctant to give up your daily sports routine while you're on holidays, you can use the shared tennis court (please bring your own equipment). The apartment is on the fourth floor with lift and counts with a 6m2 sized terrace overlooking the street and the urbanization.
