The residential complex has a communal chlorine pool, with dimensions of 15 m x 9 m and a depth ranging from 1.5 m to 2 m and several outdoor showers. However, not only adults but also children can refresh themselves, as there is a children's pool with a depth of 0.6 m. The pools are open from June to September and the tennis court is open all year round (please bring your own tennis racquets and balls). The flat has a private, furnished terrace with sea views. The bright living-dining room has a sofa and a gas cooker with all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes. The iconic MANILA residence is located in the central/northern area of Playa de Gandia, first line with direct access to the beach simply by crossing the Neptuno promenade. This tall building with an elevator offers two swimming pools surrounded by 1,000 m2 of garden areas. One of these pools is a shallow area ideal for young children. There are also tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, and a street basketball court. It also has a small park with swings. The apartment includes a covered and numbered parking space. This fifth-floor apartment has two terraces. One is accessible from the master bedroom, and the second is accessed from the living room. Both have awnings. The main terrace faces East (directly towards the sea) with fabulous views of the beach and also of the pools and their surroundings.
