Inside, the living-dining room is very cheerful and perfectly equipped to take a break or eat while watching a movie on the satellite TV. Wonderful apartment on the front line of Playa de Gandia. First floor with east-facing terrace with frontal sea views. It offers two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a renovated bathroom with a practical shower tray, a renovated and modern kitchen with access to a laundry/drying terrace overlooking the pool and common areas. Living-dining room with access to a large terrace with awnings, from which we can see the Neptuno promenade and the beach. Includes an underground parking space. The building has a swimming pool with a fenced children's pool. Located in the center of Playa de Gandía, in the Aquarium complex, with all necessary amenities and services nearby. Apartment equipped with washing machine, TV, and microwave. Capacity for 4 people. PETS ALLOWED upon request with a maximum weight of 10 kilos (€7/night).
