The exteriors are simple but magnificent, since the private chlorine pool is surrounded by 4 sun loungers to sunbathe accompanied of incomparable mountain views and the green fields. The pool sizes 10 x 3 m and has a depth of 1.3 to 1.8 m. A porch and a terrace invite you to enjoy delicious barbecues. The property is arranged over four floors. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen-dining area equipped with a gas hob and a dining table, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The first floor features a spacious lounge where you can watch satellite TV, listen to music or relax with a book by the fireplace during the colder months. On the same floor, there is another bathroom with a shower and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The second floor has three bedrooms: the first features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and sauna; after going up three steps, you will find a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with bunk beds for two guests. This floor also includes two bathrooms with showers. On the third floor, there are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
