Can Joan is a beautiful and comfortable holiday home located in Cala Santanyi, just 700m from the beach. The house is fully equipped with all the comforts. Our guests will be able to enjoy a large and well-maintained swimming pool, a shaded terrace with a summer dining room and a beautiful garden. We have a couple of bicycles available to our guests for their use. The house is built high up, on pillars, so all the rooms are located on the first floor. The house has air conditioning and heating to guarantee comfort throughout the year. We can accommodate up to 6 adults comfortably. For larger families, we have a sofa bed that can accommodate 1 extra child. Cot and high chair at no extra cost. In total, there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, both with showers. High speed internet, wifi throughout the property and satellite TV. This beautiful stone-clad finca is located on the edge of Sa Torre Nova, an exclusive residential area of Cala Santanyí, above an idyllic bay with a fine sandy beach. The rustic house is located away from the road on a plot of approx. 5.000 sqm, completely enclosed with natural stone walls, and only a few minutes walk from the beach of Cala Santanyí. On the ground floor there is the spacious living-dining room, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cooker, oven and combi fridge and a double bedroom with bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two further double bedrooms, each with access to the covered terrace and en-suite bathroom; one of them with bath and shower. All the windows of the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets, so that you can sleep peacefully even with the windows open. From the covered terrace on the first floor you can see the pine forests and the villas and even the sea.
