The fine sandy beach of Cala Santanyí is only a 3-minute drive away or can be reached on foot in no more than 15 minutes. The house is located on a corner plot and is built on stilts like a stilt house. In fact, the living space is on the first floor. A staircase leads from the garden to the entrance. There are three double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a fitted kitchen, and a bright living-dining room, as well as a covered terrace that extends along two sides of the house. On the ground floor, there is another bathroom with a shower and a storage room with a washing machine.
