On the ground floor, you'll find the spacious living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, and a combi fridge, and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The first floor features two further double bedrooms, each with access to the covered terrace and private bathroom; one of them with a bathtub and shower. All bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito screens, allowing for peaceful sleep even with the windows open. From the covered terrace on the first floor, you can see pine forests, villas, and even the sea. The living room on the ground floor opens onto the large covered terrace overlooking the pool and the beautiful garden with palm trees, some olive trees, and mature trees. The brick barbecue is conveniently located next to the terrace. Around the pool, there are terraces with ample space for sun loungers and a lovely stone-clad outdoor shower.
