To get to the house you have to climb several stairs (about 35 steps) but it is well worth it, as once at the top you can enjoy spectacular views of the sea, the mountains and the castle of Salobrena. The best thing about the house is its terrace, where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner or even a barbecue next to the swimming pool (good size and open all year round), it is ideal for the whole family. The house, built in the 80's, is in its original state and is decorated in the traditional Spanish style of the time. This is a stunning 3 bedroom villa in the pretty urbanisation of Las Palomas just 1000 metres from the beach of La Herradura. The villa has been beautifully renovated to a very high standard with a brand new modern kitchen and tasteful furniture throughout. There is a large open plan living area with steps up to the kitchen and doors out to the terrace and swimming pool. There is a master bedroom with en-suite and two further bedrooms with a very large shared shower room. Guests also have access to the terrace upstairs with dining area, perfect for enjoying the views over the pool and garden and of the sea beyond. The villa has air conditioning throughout, wifi and television. The urbanisation of Las Palomas has a large public swimming pool with restaurant, together with a gymnasium, tennis court and pádel club. There is also a further cafe/bar alongside the tennis court.
