The luxury detached Villa is situated within the acclaimed Jardines de Nerja Urbanisation in Nerja; an oasis of beautifully maintained properties and gardens. Well equipped and modern, it features 4 good sized bedrooms to sleep 8 people, however, there is plenty of space in the games room if you want to erect an additional 2 camp beds for the kids. The Villa has a large enclosed garden and two terraces. It is quiet and commands excellent mountain & sea views. The Villa has a floor area of 250 square metres on three floors and the property features quality furnishings and marble and tiled floors throughout. Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning and all of the bedrooms have ceiling fans.The bedrooms on the lower level stay relatively cool in summer.
