Main section layout This villa was renovated at the end of 2024 and has 2 new kitchens and 3 new bathrooms. The bright living room has IP-TV (all channels in the world), DVD/CD player with USB connection. In the living room there is a sitting area and a large dining table. The sliding doors give access to one of the terraces. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker and iron. Outside under a canopy there is a washing machine. Spacious bedroom with double bed, sliding doors with access to terrace and fan. Ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and 2 sinks. Marta's recommendation! My colleague Marta suggested this villa, located in Calle Carabeo, in the centre of Nerja. She bet that it would be a very sought after villa. In her opinion, clients wouldn't mind paying a bit more. But I had my doubts... the villa was not cheap, although the interior is of a good standard. Finally we managed to bring the price down a bit and it came out... Situation and exteriors And our clients love the house! If your holidays are short, then think of the precious time you can save without having to drive to the beach, restaurants, supermarket.... From this house, restaurants are within walking distance and the beach is only 200 metres away. However, if you want to bring your own car, there is no problem, as there is a private parking outside! No traffic noise? No, there is no traffic noise, as the Carabeo street is pedestrianised and only allows cars for those who have a parking space there. Let me tell you a little more about this charming villa. On the ground floor you have large windows opening onto a splendid terrace with a private pool of 4m x 6m and fantastic views. As soon as you look down from there, you will see the Carabeillo beach, which is situated between the famous Burriana beach and Carabeo beach.
