A small villa with incredible sea views! A small villa with a lot of charm due to its great location in front of the sea. It enjoys unbeatable views of the coast from its balcony and swimming pool. The beach is a pleasant walk of a couple of minutes. You can finish the day with a barbecue on your patio or dine out at one of the good restaurants and seafood restaurants in Maro or Nerja. It is a perfect retreat in an idyllic location. Situation and exteriors A privileged situation... like a balcony overlooking the sea. The sea views are incomparable. Going to the quiet beach below the house is a pleasant walk. The village of Maro is approx. 2,5 km away. Nerja, with its famous beaches, is only 7 km away. In front of the house there is a nice patio with barbecue and dining table. Next to the living room there is a small terrace for 2 persons. The pool (3m x 5m) is on a lower level (stairs), offering the same views and sunbeds with mattresses. Interior and layout All rooms are comfortably on one floor. Marta's recommendation! My colleague Marta suggested this villa, located in Calle Carabeo, in the centre of Nerja. She bet that it would be a very sought after villa. In her opinion, clients wouldn't mind paying a bit more. But I had my doubts... the villa was not cheap, although the interior is of a good standard. Finally we managed to bring the price down a bit and it came out... Situation and exteriors And our clients love the house! If your holidays are short, then think of the precious time you can save without having to drive to the beach, restaurants, supermarket.... From this house, restaurants are within walking distance and the beach is only 200 metres away. However, if you want to bring your own car, there is no problem, as there is a private parking outside! No traffic noise? No, there is no traffic noise, as the Carabeo street is pedestrianised and only allows cars for those who have a parking space there. Let me tell you a little more about this charming villa. On the ground floor you have large windows opening onto a splendid terrace with a private pool of 4m x 6m and fantastic views. As soon as you look down from there, you will see the Carabeillo beach, which is situated between the famous Burriana beach and Carabeo beach. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa is really spectacular with absolutely amazing views of the bay of La Herradura. It has a large spacious living room, fully fitted modern kitchen, masses of outside space, Sunny terraces with views, or shady more private terraces. The private pool is large with plenty of sunbeds, places to relax, enjoy a glass of wine, or dine under the shade of the villa. Within the main house there is a large double bedroom with en-suite and a twin room with a separate bathroom. The master bedroom is accessed only up a spiral staircase off the front terrace and so has amazing views of the bay, directly from the bed! What a way to wake up in the morning! The Master bedroom also has an en-suite and kitchenette for enjoying coffee or tea in the morning without having to go downstairs! Around the back of the house there is another independent single bedroom with en-suite, perfect for a teenager or nanny who want a little privacy! Not suitable for younger children.
