The property has five bedrooms and two bathrooms spread across different levels connected by internal stairs, offering spacious and comfortable areas to enjoy a holiday with family or friends. The villa has central air conditioning in practically the entire property, providing a pleasant temperature in the main living areas and bedrooms. However, the smallest bedroom, equipped with bunk beds, does not have air conditioning. INTERIOR The villa is distributed over three levels connected by internal stairs. The MAIN FLOOR has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and another with a double bed. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, which is accessed directly from the rooms. From the bedroom with the double bed, an additional bedroom with a double bed is accessed via internal stairs. The LOWER FLOOR houses a spacious and bright living-dining room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen for a comfortable and functional stay. On this level, there are also two additional bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a separate bathroom with a shower. One of these bedrooms is the room with bunk beds, the only area in the house without air conditioning.
