An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and ceramic hob. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. One bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with an en-suite shower. There is also a separate bathroom with a bathtub and a guest toilet. EXTERIOR: A large terrace with an 8x4 pool with Roman steps and an outdoor shower. There is also a portable barbecue for enjoying outdoor meals. The plot is fully fenced and has parking for two vehicles on-site. LOCATION: This villa is located in the Almendros urbanization, a few meters from restaurants and the sandy beach.
