Distribution of the villa The villa is distributed on a single floor with 72 m2 and two bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with shower, American style kitchen and a living/dining room with an air conditioning unit that is located in the centre of the house, in the kitchen area, enough to cool the whole house. Outside of the villa Villa Gisela is part of a group of four small houses, in a quiet urbanisation close to the town of Calpe. With 200 m2 of plot, the main entrance of the villa, has a flight of stairs with 18 steps, but at the back you can access by a secondary entrance more directly to the house, passing a path without stairs and where you can park your vehicle.
