The house has been built with a modern style with lots of window surface letting in the beautifull mediteranean light. The deck of the living room overlooks the garden and is the perfect dining spot. The house faces south and the garden is fully fenced. The L shaped pool is overseen by the terrace so perfect for parents who want to keep an eye on their child. Most amenities can be found at walking distance to the house; supermarkets, restaurants and off course the beach. Nearby there are several sports facilities like tennis clubs (Royal tennis club, Pinomar raquets club), golf clubs (Santa Clara and Marbella Golf and country club), gyms and even horse riding facilities....
