The villa is ideally located within proximity to some of Marbella´s magnificent golf courses. The villa has been constructed over three levels and has over 536 square meters of living space. You will be impressed as you first enter the villa with the beautiful entrance hall that leads into an open circular landing, there is a studio/office area, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The large open kitchen is fully fitted with all quality appliances and leads directly into spacious dining room and living room with direct access to a terrace and stunning garden. On the first floor of the villa there is an impressive master bedroom that also has a lounge/dressing area as well as an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. From the master suite you have direct access to the terrace with superb La Concha views. On the right of the master suite there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
