The separate 125 sqm house has a valid license (AG/341), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of them en suite), a cosy living-dining room, a terrace covered with bamboo mats and a fully equipped kitchen (barbecue on the terrace is a matter of course). Heating and air conditioning are also available. Washing machine and tumble dryer as well as dishwasher are available as well as SAT-TV and Wlan. SPECIAL FEATURE: Guests of the self-sufficient finca can use all public areas as well as the terrace(s) / garden and the pool of the finca hotel, as there is no private pool on the plot on which the separate house is located. The two houses (hotel / finca) are only 50 m apart. It is also possible to book breakfast or occasional evening meals (for a fee).
