The house is recently renovated, in 2019, and has all the comforts: satellite TV, free WIFI, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The location is ideal for families and those seeking a relaxing vacation. There are excellent outdoor play areas for children near the house. Access to the sandy beach is via comfortable steps, easy for all ages. The sea water is shallow, clean and calm. The area is mainly residential, there are no big hotels around. It is safe and lively in the summer, with several restaurants opening their terraces to enjoy a meal or drink outdoors.Reservations of groups of young people under 21 will NOT be accepted.
