The plot consists of 600m2 with a 300m2 house, distributed over 2 floors plus a porch. The ground floor has a living room with porch access to the front garden, dining room with access to the patio, kitchen, utility room, bathroom with shower and stairs to the upper floor. And the first floor has four double bedrooms, a toilet, a bathroom with a shower. The house has television, satellite and Wi-Fi. We have cots, high chairs and bathtub for babies. Na Corassina is a beautiful country house of 120 m2 located in an agricultural, privileged and very quiet environment, just 5 kilometers from the town of Llucmajor. The house has one floor, with 3 double bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes, one of them with a double bed, the other two have single beds. It has a bathroom with shower and is comfortably furnished, has all the comforts, including air conditioning in the living room, butane gas barbecue, WIFI, fans in the rooms, etc. The kitchen is completely equipped. It also has a terrace with views of pine forests and wild olive trees, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. Pool of 1.20 meters high, with solarium and hammocks to relax in a natural environment. Delimiting the garden there is a fence with fruit trees and some animals, such as chickens, ducks, etc.The country house is supplied with energy by solar panels and it is recommended to use it responsibly. In this way you avoid having to activate the electric generator. Finca Corassina, is located on a cycling route and a few kilometers from Llucmajor. This town has around 35.000 habitants.
